Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for Sadhasnika Technology Solutions products, subscriptions, and training services. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date, provided you have not substantially used the service during this period. After 14 days, refunds are processed on a prorated basis for the unused portion of the current billing period.
Training and course refunds
Training fees are fully refundable if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made between 3-7 days prior to the session are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the session or for no-shows. If Sadhasnika cancels a training session, a full refund will be issued.
Product and license refunds
One-time product purchases and software licenses may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the product does not perform as described and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team. Custom-developed solutions are non-refundable once development has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable: setup fees, onboarding charges, custom configuration work, third-party integration fees, and any services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Refund process
To request a refund, contact us at info@sadhasnika.com with your payment details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Dispute resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to info@sadhasnika.com. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
