Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs how you may cancel subscriptions, training enrolments, and other services provided by Sadhasnika Technology Solutions Private Limited.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect. Annual subscriptions cancelled before the end of the term are not eligible for a prorated refund unless covered under our Refund Policy.
Training cancellations
Participants may cancel their training enrolment at any time. Refund eligibility is determined by the notice period: 7+ days notice qualifies for a full refund, 3-7 days notice qualifies for a 50% refund, and less than 3 days notice is non-refundable. Sadhasnika reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training session due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
Product and service cancellations
For one-time product purchases or project-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted before delivery or commencement of work. Once development or delivery has begun, cancellation may incur charges proportional to the work completed. Custom projects require written cancellation notice and are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable statement of work.
Auto-renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You will receive a renewal reminder at least 7 days before the next billing date. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date.
How to cancel
To cancel a subscription or service, email info@sadhasnika.com with your registered email address and service details. Alternatively, use the cancellation option available in your account settings for self-managed subscriptions.
Effect of cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded or deactivated at the end of the current billing period. You may export your data before this date. Sadhasnika is not responsible for data loss after the service access period ends.
